2000KG TORSION BAR INDEPENDENT AXLE
INTERNAL RUBBER SUSPENSION, LAZY HUBS

This suspension has lazy hubs only. Any trailer over 750Kg requires brakes. This axle is generally used for the rear of a tandem trailer or for farm trailers
Torsion axles work by using rubber cords or cartridges inside the axle tube to handle suspension travel and shock absorption. Torsion axles do not use leaf springs, but instead the compression of the rubber to supply the suspension support needed. Each wheel works independently from one another. Torsion axles are also bolted or welded directly to the trailer frame, which adds stability and structure to the trailer frame.

This independent suspension comes hot dipped galvanised however once the stub axles and brake mounts are welled in they are touched up with cold galvanise
Load Rating: This Suspension is rated up to 2000kg for single axle and 3600Kg for tandem axle. As the suspension is rubberized it can be used for lighter trailers
