*2 3.0 TONNE 63MM SQUARE STUB AXLES WILL BE WELDED ON TOP OF THE ARMS (TO SUIT YOUR OFFSET) WITH BRAKE 12" MOUNTS ALREADY WELDED TO THE STUB AXLES. SUSPENSION COMES IN A NATURAL FINISH
*4 X NEOPRENE BUMP STOPS.
*4 WELD ON COIL BRACKETS (2 already welded to the swing arms)
*2X IRONMAN 2500KG RATED COILS
*2X NITRO GAS IRONMAN SHOCKS WITH MOUNT BRACKETS AND HIGH TENSILE BOLTS
*2 X 12"ELECTRIC BACKING PLATES WITH OFF ROAD MAGNETS
*2X 12" 3 TONNE DRUMS WITH CUPS ALREADY INSERTED. (AVAILABLE IN 6 OR 5 STUD LANDCRUISER)
*2 X JAPANESE 3 TONNE BEARING KITS
*4x 5MM SHIMS (only needed for some alignments)
*2X HEAVY DUTY WEBBING REBOUND STRAPS (these go around the ironman shocks)

Whats involved in setting up the suspension onto the chassis???
The team at Huntsman Products mount everything onto the swing arm before despatch. So the hinge bar is bolted to the swing arm. The stub axle is welded on or into the swingarm. The coil bracket is welded to the hinge bar as is the rebound strap and shock brackets.
When you receive the suspension you will have to weld the hinge bar on top of a cross member as will be shown in the drawing we give you on purchase. The coil, rebound strap and shock brackets will also have to be welded to the chassis.
The brake mounts are pre welded to the stub axles. The cups are inserted into the drums or discs so it is a matter of greasing the bearings, assembling the brakes and drums to the stubs and you are done..

ride height from centre of stub to chassis when under load is 190mm with the stub axle welded on top of swing arm or 260mm if the stub axle is welded into the arm.

On ordering we email both an offset job sheet and a fitment diagram for mounting the suspension to the chassis. Unfortunately we do need a deposit for these to be forwarded, so please don't take offence on these terms and conditions

Please note** The suspension does not come with the sub frame shown in the picture. This is just a visual image to show what the suspension looks like when set up and in use.
